Our KVK 1A is the almost identical sister model to the KVK 2 (MA), i.e. a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable, which, compared to the KVK 2 MA, is equipped with a cut-out for ground-level driving with a hand pallet truck.

Only the application and separation of the film has to be done manually with this wrapper.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is also designed for professional use and can be loaded up to 1500 kg.

The 1A has a turntable of 1500 mm and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm high as standard. With adjustable speeds of the turntable and foil slide, as well as an electromagnetic brake that can be controlled very finely via potentiometer, you can adapt the automated winding perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot windings. There are programs available for "up only", "up & down" (cross winding) and for "rainproof" winding. If necessary, the winder can also be controlled manually.

If the winder is to be used in a different place in between, it can be easily lifted and moved over integrated cut-outs V51263748 with a V51263748 forklift.

In addition to a photocell for the detection of dark containers or black foil, the winding height of the KVK 1A can optionally be varied (up to 3200 mm).

Recommendation
The KVK 1A is ideal if a ramp cannot be used for reasons of space or if particularly heavy or unstable packaged goods should not be pushed over a ramp onto the turntable.
