The NEW CNC grinding VERECO RG 700/8500 is designed for the batch production of bench pins and connecting rod pins of crankshafts in a fully automatic cycle, or, for the production of individual parts in manual.
It operates by means of a mobile grinding wheel unit both on the X axis and on the Z axis: this allows the grinding of different diameters in a single positioning of the piece.

NUMERICAL CONTROL
The Siemens 840 D electronic numerical control system allows you to work manually or automatically, managing autonomously:
- the transverse movement of the upper grinding wheel wagon (X axis);
- the longitudinal movement of the lower grinding wagon (Z axis);
- the constant speed of the grinding wheel;
- the speed of rotation of the part in work.

REMOTE CONTROL PANEL
The panel control panel is mobile, on sliding guides fixed to the workpiece base, for the length of the piece to be machined.
From this panel you can control all the functions and movements of the machine.
Two electronic handwheels allow the micrometric positioning of the two main axes (X and Z).

SOME TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS WITH WHICH THE ETTIFICATRICE IS EQUIPPED:

dimension detection system with linear transducer (Heidenhain optical line) on the longitudinal axis Z and on the transverse axis X;
advancement of the longitudinal Z-axis wagon obtained through two motors and two sprockets, managed directly by the Siemens numerical control to eliminate the clearance between the sprockets and the rack;
hydrostatic support spindle;
grinding wheel motor mounted on the wagon of the longitudinal axis Z;
telescopic guards of the longitudinal Z and transverse X axes in stainless steel with first walkable element;
execution with automatic retraction of the grinding wheel and maintenance of the synchronism of the workpiece heads in case of sudden lack of tension.
