Mineral Processing Plants

This is an opportunity to acquire a complete, ready-to-restart feldspar processing plant and open-pit quarry.The facility has been in operation since 1909 . The operation was closed in early 2023 for strategic and market reasons — not due to any fault in the asset itself. The site includes a fully equipped processing factory, an open-pit quarry with an active environmental and quarrying permit valid until 31 December 2052 all buildings, and approximately 26 hectares of land. The quarry permit is transferable to a new owner.

- Mill Building 4: Built 1979. Contains grinding and screening mill.

- Office Building: Offices, staff kitchen, conference room. New ventilation system and two new heat pumps.Installed 2020.
- Residential House: Ground floor overnight accommodation apartment.
- Staff Facility Building: Canteen, kitchen, changing rooms, sauna, showers.
- Workshop and Smithy: Used for maintenance and light repairs. Radon remediated.
- Wash Platform: Installed 2020 with water, drainage, and oil separator.
