This is an opportunity to acquire a complete, ready-to-restart
feldspar processing plant and open-pit quarry.The facility has been in
operation since 1909 . The operation was closed in early 2023 for
strategic and market reasons — not due to any fault in the asset
itself. The site includes a fully equipped processing factory, an
open-pit quarry with an active environmental and quarrying permit
valid until 31 December 2052 all buildings, and approximately 26
hectares of land. The quarry permit is transferable to a new owner.
