The process guarantees the production of dry, sterile, pyrogen-free, pure steam that is free of particles or metal bions.
Natural circulation and evaporation takes place between the heat exchanger and the large-area evaporators with an effective droplet separation system, with the steam being produced at a slow flow rate (less than 0.5 m/sec). No contamination is possible between the heating steam, the feed water and the pure steam.
The process is simple, safe and fully automatic. The production quantity of pure steam can be fully adapted to the demand, from 0-100 % infinitely.
