The machine applies the protective film simultaneously on 2 flat
surfaces of profiles with a max. width 200 mm and height 200 mm and
the cut of the film between the profiles is automatic.
The machine in made up of a strong electric welded iron tubular frame
on which there are:
One unit for the dragging of the film on the upper and lower surface
composed by a vertical column bearing no. 2 opposed rubbered
rollers.
No.1 Pulling unit composed by no. 2 rollers position at the exit of
the machine.
No. 1 Automatic cutting activated by pneumatic cylinder with vertical
movement.
No. 2 Idle roller table 2.5 m long, with PVC covered rolls and
alignmentlocator to get a correct
Alignment of the material to be coat with the protective spool.
No.2 Idle roller tables 2.5 m long, with PVC covered rolls for manual
loading and unloading
of the profiles.
Varaible feeding speed: 10 – 40 m/min. Min. length of
profiles: 2000 mm
