Seidenader DT1202 vial/bottle feeding turntable with a diameter of
1200 mm, 1 x 2 units. Seidenader V90-AVSB/30-LR + V90-AVSB/30-RL
semi-automatic inspection machines for the visual inspection of
cosmetic defects and particles in vials, etc., size range from 0.5 to
1000 ml, throughput of up to 150 objects per minute. The machine is
used for the visual inspection of particles, glass defects and gross
defects, cracks and hairline cracks. The machines are equipped with
TYNDALL light from the top front for cap and glass defects (the light
shines from above onto the caps of the containers; for lyophilisates,
powders and emulsions, it also shines onto the product) and TYNDALL
light from below at the front for non-clear liquids, emulsions,
powders and lyophilisates (the light shines diagonally from below onto
the base of the containers and the product), contaminated or defective
containers are rejected by the ejection system; good products are
discharged into magazines (stainless steel cassettes), including a SAC
Batch Controller for the storage, backup and management of all data
(audit trail, batch report), available format sets for vials with
diameters of 16.0, 21.2, 22.0 & 30.0
