Used vertical stainless steel AISI 316L aseptic pressure storage tank
with a total capacity of 830 l by Schwarte-Milfor Sp. z o. o. (Poland)
type Mieszalnik procesowy. Tank has a working volume of 700 l and is
designed to operate at pressures ranging from -1 to 4 bar and
temperatures up to 150 C. The heating and cooling jacket made of
stainless steel AISI 304 has a capacity of 152 l and is designed to
operate at pressures ranging from -1 to 3 bar and temperature up to
150 C. The jacket is insulated with mineral wool and clad with AISI
304 stainless steel sheet. Internal dimensions: diameter 850 mm,
length of straight wall line 1,200 mm. The tank has a welded dished
top equipped with an inspection manway with an internal diameter of
450 mm and 9 stub pipes P6131183 with mounted accessories. The tank
has a welded dished bottom head equipped with a central outlet with a
NovAseptic valve type NA and 2 stub pipes with mounted accessories.
The machine is mounted on 3 legs equipped with tensions cells with a
display. The equipment includes full technical documentation of the
manufacturer and UDT in polish.
