Description
SCHLEICHER WV-PL 160/800 coil feeding line was built in 1987 in Germany by H. Schleicher GmbH & Co. Maschinenfabrik. The line is used for the automatic feeding of material from a coil to presses and other machines used in metal forming. The automation of this process stage improves mass production, increases its efficiency and reduces the need for manual work.
The SCHLEICHER WV-PL 160/800 coil feed line consists of a roller feeder, a straightening machine and a sheet metal decoiler. It is designed for coils with a maximum width of 800 mm and a weight of 200 kg. A 4 mm thick material strip is decoiled and straightened, then fed directly into the machine’s working area. The precisely adjustable feed rate ensures uniform strip feeding, which translates into process repeatability and stable operation of the entire line. All this makes the SCHLEICHER press feed line an excellent choice for industrial plants that specialize in the mass stamping and punching of metal components.
