tempering times are to be treated independently of each other in the
smallest space, drawer ovens are the smartest ergonomic solution.

Frame:
The basic structure consists of an unalloyed steel girder structure,
on which the exterior lighting made of unalloyed steel
painted in RAL 1013 (pearl white), applied.
The furnace inner housing is made of aluminized sheet steel
The insulation between the two oven housings (inner/outer housing) is
ensured by 120 mm rock wool.
Soil:
Like the furnace walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to I. drawer): 800 mm +/100 mm adjustable
by the oven feet.
Openings:
3 drawers, height 250 mm, for a usable load of 120 mm height.
Maintenance doors :
2-leaf maintenance door on the back of the stove.
Secured by screws.
This door allows complete access to the inside of the stove.
Handling of parts:
The handling of the parts is ensured by 3 drawers (on top of each
other).
Height between each drawer : 250 mm
Usable height per drawer : 170 mm, with almost 10 mm reserve.
The drawers are smooth and equipped with a closure piece on the bottom
of the drawer to reduce heat loss during opening.
Each drawer K6127004 has a usable load capacity of 120 kg with load
distribution over the entire surface.
Load peaks of up to 240 kg can be carried.
The drawer seals are made of silicone.
The interlocks of each drawer are ensured by electromagnets and
controlled by the Siemens system.
Expiration of the minimum preheating time with one timer per drawer
(located in the control cabinet).
Time lapse of the maximum preheating time with one timer per drawer
(located in the control cabinet).
One temperature display is provided per drawer.
These indicators will be located on the front of the oven, to the left
of the drawers.
