SANGIACOMO T200 DM-DB 200T eccentric press was built in 2018 in Italy
by OFFICINE S. GIACOMO srl. The machine is designed for cold metal
forming. It enables operations such as precision blanking and
stamping. Its wide range of machining capabilities, combined with a
press force of 200 tonnes, make it an excellent choice for the series

The SANGIACOMO T200 DM-DB features a drive system based on a flywheel
and an eccentric gear, cooperating with two connecting rods. This
solution ensures uniform torque transmission, which translates into a
smooth working cycle. All drive components are continuously lubricated
by a central lubrication system to minimise their wear.
The machine’s frame is made of high-quality steel, while the shaft
is made of forged alloy steel. The open side wall enables the feeding
of material strip. The press has also an overload protection system
that protects the machine against the effects of excessive load. The
