RUIAN KODA MACHINERY ENG-500 foil gloves making machine, manufactured
in China in 2020 is dedicated to the production of foil products i.e.
breakfast bags or disposable gloves, using interchangeable sealing
moulds. The robust steel body of the film glove production line
ensures high operating stability, even at maximum production speed.
The copper dies included with the machine allow for the production of
high-quality disposable gloves with a maximum length of 400 mm and a
width of 300 mm. The ENG-500 automatic film glove production line
produces up to 500 pieces of this type of item in one minute. The
produced gloves are characterised by two thick layers, effectively
protecting the hands from viruses and bacteria.
The automatic film glove production line is equipped with, among
others, an AISET temperature controller, a PLC controller and a 2.2 kW
YASKAWA servo drive, which ensures high-precision material feeding.
The total weight of the film glove production line is 1200 kg.
