– The modular solution for flexible small-batch production
GridFeed is a standardized solution for small to medium-sized batch
sizes with a high variety of variants. The system impresses with its
compact design, high flexibility and modular structure – ideal for
easy adaptation to individual requirements.
The basis is a drawer system in which the operator places workpieces
in different grids. This makes it possible to process several orders
and components in parallel without any problems.
GridFeed is delivered as a fully assembled unit with all integrated
components. Since the robot cell is already being extensively tested
in our factory, commissioning on site is quick and smooth.
By combining the drawer system with pallet handling, set-up stations,
tool handling or other additional modules, GridFeed offers maximum
flexibility for your automated production.
