Description
The Progress M-System EVOLUTION 2012 is designed for the flexible
production of customised reinforcement mesh in a wide range of grid
patterns, dimensions and wire diameters.
The reinforcement mesh can be manufactured directly according to CAD
specifications. This allows project-specific mesh to be produced
precisely, efficiently and with minimal manual intervention.
Compared with the use of conventional standard mesh sheets, the system
enables reinforcement mesh to be produced with virtually zero waste
and without time-consuming cutting operations.
The modular design of the welding system allows precise adaptation to
individual production requirements and makes the machine suitable for
flexible and project-based reinforcement mesh production.
