We offer a new strand granulator for plastic materials, designed to work inline with an extrusion line. The unit cuts plastic strands into uniform pellets that can be directly reintroduced into the process, reducing scrap and raw material costs. The machine is brand new, available from stock and supplied with a 6-month warranty.

Tests, technological acceptance and commissioning

– It is possible to perform test runs of the granulator at our facility using the Customer’s strands – this allows verification of pellet quality and optimization of operating parameters.
– The machine price includes a technological acceptance with a trial run at our plant using the Customer’s material.
– At extra cost, we can provide on-site commissioning at the Customer’s plant and staff training in operation, adjustment and basic maintenance.
