Tests, technological acceptance and commissioning
-It is possible to carry out test runs of the granulator at our facility using the Customer’s material – this allows optimisation of operating parameters (screen size, knife configuration, throughput) for the specific application.
-The machine price includes a technological acceptance with a trial run at our plant using the Customer’s material.
-At extra cost, we can provide on-site commissioning at the Customer’s plant and staff training in operation and basic maintenance.
On request we can support you with:
selection and integration of auxiliary equipment (feeders, conveyors, metal separators, dedusting systems, Big-Bag stations, etc.),
integration of the 3E PC3260 granulator into an existing or newly designed plastic recycling line.
