CNC-controlled 3-axis sawing and drilling center for sophisticated production technology

Encapsulated, compact machine - designed as a closed production island - no noise and no chips in the machine environment - large extraction connection for efficient chip extraction.

(The machine is also supplied as a two-axis sawing center without drilling unit).

Dimensionally accurate 90° saw cuts both in small series and in large series production. CNC control based on Windows® with touch screen and color screen, simple menu-driven programming with symbols, remote maintenance module.

Absolutely burr-free precision sawing of all materials such as - aluminum - bronze - GRP (glass fiber reinforced plastics) - wood - copper - brass and various plastics such as PVC and polyamide.

Drilling (through holes and blind holes – step drills and countersinks can also be used) and drilling milling of slotted holes along the X C5555809 axis. Anodized aluminum C5555809 profiles can also be sawn and drilled without damaging the anodized layer, and painted wood materials are also separated without damage.
