Repairs:
• Engine block carefully checked, processed and cleaned (incl.
sealing surfaces, bearing points and oil channels)
• Crankshaft and camshaft checked to standard dimensions, machined
and replaced if necessary
• Cylinder heads as replacement components, tested and overhauled
(incl. valve guides and seat rings)
• Connecting rods as remanufactured parts, checked for wear,
machined and aligned
• Flywheel revised (flat surface, sprocket)
• Water-cooled exhaust manifold cleaned, checked and fitted with new
seals
Renewed wear parts:
• New cylinder liners, main bearings, connecting rod bearings,
pistons, valve tappets, oil filter, rocker arm, pressure relief valve,
oil pump and oil cooler
• All necessary seals and sealing rings renewed
• Water-side pressure test carried out
• Engine painted (standard color)
Service Options:
On request, we offer removal and installation as well as maintenance
and repairs for engines and combined heat and power plants.
Attention:
At your request, we will be happy to install our own spark plugs
and/or cylinder heads for the 28xx and 32xx series.
