The NC joining modules NCFH Type 2151B... consist of a robust housing
in which a displacement sensor as absolute encoder and a piezoelectric
push-pull force sensor are integrated. The compressive or tensile
forces acting on the sensor generate a proportional electrical charge
in the piezoelectric measuring element, which is converted into an
analog voltage signal by the integrated charge amplifier.
The drive motor is an electronically commutated AC hollow servo shaft
motor controlled by a servo drive. Constant speed, i.e. constant
travel speed, is ensured. Standard functions such as joining on block,
position and force-controlled joining as well as processes on
intermediate positions are supported.
