Pastry moulding machine Kalmeijer KGM with 10 plates and 2 moulding rollers. Pastry moulding machine is suitable for the production of mürbeteigen. With different moulding rollers, the pastry can be moulded into the desired (depending on the mould ingeu) roll. The dough feed and the moulding roller are neatly removable to clean them. The moulding roller can be heated by means of heating. Sheet metal feeder is automatic, the machine stops when there is no sheet metal on the trensport plate. Machine is compact and easy to use.
