IXION AUERBACH TL 1004 deep hole drilling machine was built in 2004 in
Germany by Ixion Auerbach Maschinenfabrik GmbH. The machine is
designed for precision drilling of deep holes with a maximum depth of
1000 mm. Workpieces made of various types of material are machined
fully automatically by means of precisely guided tools, which keeps
the hole perfectly straight. All machining parameters are programmed
in an advanced control system with many useful functions. The offer
also includes an extensive equipment, consisting of, among others, a
measuring probe, gun drills and a chip conveyor. The IXION TL1004 deep
hole drilling machine weighs 3500 kg.
