The machine from the Austrian quality manufacturer Pökelmaschinen
Ges.m.b.H. Vienna (Inject Star) is the classic in butchers' shops,
with direct marketers and in artisanal meat processing.
It is ideal for precise and uniform injection of brine into boneless
and boneless pieces of meat.
Due to its more compact dimensions, the MM-26 series is perfect for
small to medium-sized butchers, catering suppliers or direct marketers
(e.g. farm shops).
The curing machine is made entirely of robust stainless steel and is
visually excellent, very clean for the year of manufacture (see
detailed pictures).
The mechanical needle system with springs and the electromechanical
control are extremely robust and, unlike modern touchscreen controls,
are hardly susceptible to expensive electronic damage.
