HSS Cold Rolling Mill (Complete Facility)

The facility includes a comprehensive range of production and support equipment, including:

4 Cold Rolling Mills (4Hi & 2Hi) – including tandem rolling lines with speeds up to 500 m/min, processing strip widths from 4–100 mm and thicknesses from 0.4–4.5 mm.

9 Annealing Furnace Units – stretch and batch furnaces operating with nitrogen and hydrogen atmospheres, with temperatures up to 1,000°C.

Inspection, NDT & Finishing Lines – including eddy current inspection, surface grinding, shaving, and coil-to-bundle conversion.

2 CRM Work Roll Grinders (WMW, Germany) – together with blanking lines capable of producing up to 240 hacksaw blanks per minute.

Laboratory & Auxiliary Equipment – including tensile testing equipment, optical microscopes, compressors, punch presses, and other supporting machinery.
