Pressenjoch
The press yoke is manufactured as a welded steel construction made of
strongly dimensioned steel sheets, which are welded together with
upright ribs in a firm and torsionally stiff manner.
The complete welded part is machined on precision machines and
prepared for all mechanical connections.
Undercounter
The under-table is made as a welded steel construction from strongly
dimensioned steel sheets.
Pestle
The plunger is guided 4 times. Its bronze/brass guides are
interchangeable H4451916 and are automatically lubricated.
It is manufactured as a welded steel construction made of strongly
dimensioned steel sheets, which are welded together with upright ribs
in a firm and torsion-resistant manner.
The complete welded part is machined on precision machines and
prepared for all mechanical connections.

Hydraulic
The hydraulics are located on top of the maintenance balcony It is
completely piped, connected and assembled.
The hydraulic power unit consists of the 900 L tank ( filling approx.
800 L ) with oil level indicator and temperature indicator, a
high-pressure pump with drive motor, a auxiliary motor and a filter
system with its own circuit, as well as all components required for
the function of the press; in addition, auxiliary and control drives
are used.
Proportional valves are installed for the lifting and lowering
movements.
