With this compact machine, a very wide range of different pastries can
be produced, including filled pastries in the center.
The MAX DROP CNC DUO is equipped with two tanks for dough (e.g., two
colors) or dough and filling. It includes a bar with rotating nozzles
for extruded cakes and filled cakes, equipped with 9 slots. Thanks to
a wide I51223973 choice of forming attachments (plastic and brass),
we can obtain cakes of various shapes and textures. In addition, it is
possible to create new designs according to customer demand.
The table with takers works with baking sheets with a width of 400mm
and a length of 400mm to 800mm is equipped with an automatic
feeder.
The dough, thanks to appropriately designed channels in the head, does
