ERMAK GMR 2600 X 4 mechanical guillotine shears were built in 2007 in
Turkey by ERMAKSAN MAKINA SANAYI TIC. LTD. ŞTI. The machine, designed
for precision cutting of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 4 mm,
offers high reliability, precision and efficiency. The machining
process is performed by high alloy steel cutting knives with
adjustable gap between blades. Automatic hold-down system, in turn,
prevent the sheet metal from sliding during machining, ensuring
uninterrupted production of repeatable parts. Moreover, the
operator’s daily work is facilitated by the convenient foot switch
control and the intuitive NC control, which allows the creation of
machining programmes in just a few steps. The GMR 2600 X 4 guillotine
shears weighs 3750 kg.
