This is a boiling kettle from the premium manufacturer Elro, type
DBGN22-EDG-90-T, built in 2014. This pressure cooker is suitable for
both cooking and frying. The usable capacity extends over 90
liters.The cooking apparatus is mounted on castors and equipped with
handles. The purchase of this device includes an Elro connection beam
for the wall, which is about 1300 mm long and can be easily decoupled
and moved with the supply lines. It is an absolute premium product in
commercial kitchen technology. The lid cooling is defective, the
solenoid valve does not open, see note on the test protocol in the
