The Diper Design DEVANADORA D5-EH-V35 sheet profiling machine was
built in 2004 by the Spanish company Diper Design. The machine is
designed for profiling metal sheets with a maximum width of 1250 mm.
The mandrel diameters (closed / open) are 450 and 550 mm,
respectively, and the roller diameter is 1500 mm. The profiling
machine works with a bending speed of 35 m / min. Roof flashings were
produced on the machine. By using an appropriate matrix on the
machine, it is possible to produce e.g. gutters, metal shelves, window
sills, profiles, etc. The total weight of the machine is 5 tons. The
machine is fully operational and ready for further work.
