COMATEC automatic Big Bag receiving and discharge station (2022)

Designed for handling dry powders and granular bulk products.

Equipped with:

• VICINAY Double gantry structure, 2 x 1.6 t hoists,
• DRG-300 ATEX Quick-opening knife system,
• Lump breaker,
• K-900-DC ATEX circular vibrating screener,
• 2,000-litre buffer hopper and tubular screw feeder.

Manufactured in 2021-2022, with AISI 316L stainless-steel product-contact parts. Robust automated system suitable for industrial applications requiring ATEX protection.

Location: El Prat, Barcelona, Spain.
Available for dismantling and removal.
