The fully automatic A 550 slicer from Bizerba is a specially developed vertical slicer for meat, poultry, fish and cheese. It cuts both fresh and cooked products. The slicer is ideal for medium-sized and large farms. Thanks to the integrated scale, the product can be cut by weight. Almost all types of sausage and cheese can be stacked vertically and cut overlapping without pre-freezing. The machine processes products up to a size of 600 mm. The large 420 mm knife cuts a wide range of products at a speed of up to 250 slices per minute. The intuitive touchscreen control allows various programs to be programmed effortlessly, which enables quick product changeovers. The machine can be used at different production sites, ensuring high productivity and flexibility as well as a quick payback. The slicer is made entirely of stainless steel.
