BENELLI PEZM/800/600/4P Mechanical Presses

BENELLI PEZM/800/600/4P 800T mechanical press was built in 1971 in Italy. The machine is designed for the precision cold working of metals. It enables the performance of demanding operations such as blanking, stamping and the forming of large-size components. Its high press force of 800 tonnes in combination with a wide range of machining capabilities makes it an excellent choice for industrial plants specialising in the mass production of parts for the automotive and machinery industries.

The BENELLI PEZM/800/600/4P features a drive system based on a flywheel and an eccentric gearbox, which converts the rotational movement of the shaft into the reciprocating movement of the slider. This solution ensures smooth and repeatable operation throughout successive production cycles. Tools are positioned on the work table with centring pins and then fixed to the table and the slider with bolts. The BENELLI PEZM 800t press also features a rigid design that ensures reliable operation in demanding production conditions.
