Hydraulic nip adjustment (dual acting cylinders),
Peripherally drilled chilled cast iron rolls (Hardness 65/72 Shore),
with anti friction roller bearings,
Friction ratio 1:1.08, Hinged guide plates,
Lubrication system comprising pneumatic intensifier with grease reservoir,
Electro pneumatic brake with power fail safe mechanism.
Safety bars fitted to front and rear.
Compact right angle drive with 45kW Siemens AC variable speed squirrel cage motor through heavy duty helical design direct drive reduction gearbox (SF 2),
Back roll speed 18rpm/front roll 16.6rpm.
All mounted on a compact E4412282 design fabricated steel bedplate.
Stainless steel tray underneath.
Including electrical controls comprising Siemens G130 VFD drive and S7-1200 plc with HMI.
CE marked, with full Technical file, Documentation and Software included.
