Special machine / testing machine / 2-axis handling system
Testing machine from the field of fuel cells / plastic films, built in
2004.
In the past, the handling device was used for the electrical testing
of fuel cell membranes using a pneumatic press.
This press is no longer available, so the machine can no longer be
used for this purpose.
The handling device is very well suited as a base carrier for new
applications in testing technology.
Special-purpose machine manufacturers can use the handling system as a
cost-effective base carrier for setting up an automatic testing system
and thus secure cost advantages over the competition.
Thanks to the on-site retrofitting with a high-quality camera, the
handling system can assess the test specimens and sort them into
different quality levels with the different suction plates.
Thus, with this handling device and a camera system, it is possible to
carry out a 100% inspection of sheets or films (printed or unprinted)
R51234068 automatically.
Equipment:
Base frame with stable aluminium profiles can be moved on swivel and
brake castors.
One longitudinal axis X with stepper motor. Z-axis pneumatic.
With vacuum pump and vacuum grippers.
Four different plate sizes of the vacuum grippers.
Large Rittal enclosure.
With PLC Siemens S7-300 and Siemens touch panel.
Axis control Systec Xemo R262C for programming with MotionBasic.
