The ALD is a very flexible and productive line,
the dough is gently processed.
Suitable for various types of baking and baking
pastry dough (with less than 70% moisture content),
such as wholemeal, rye, hard, soft dough,
with or without yeast, cookie dough, gluten-free,
even dough with dry pieces
