The BC80 is a high-productivity vertical rotary transfer machine that

fully automatic operation; separate management of scrap and chips;
protection for fragile tubes; centralized adjustment for diameter
changes; and a simple and intuitive graphical interface.
The BC80 is the highest-performing and most efficient solution on the
market for the continuous, 24/7 production of bushings up to 80 mm in
diameter and from 10 to 350 mm in length. The BC80 can produce up to
2200 parts per hour, cut to length, chamfered, and inspected from a
tube or solid bar.
