2130 2x3 M 3D CNC milling plotter built in 2014 in China, is used for machining workpieces in the X,Y and Z axes. Machining is performed on the machine’s vacuum table with dimensions (L x W) of 3000 x 2100 mm, by using a rotary head. The applied electro-spindle with a power of 4.5 kW, is distinguished by its extreme reliability and speed reaching up to 18000 rpm, allowing the desired result to be obtained in a very short time.

The CNC milling machine is controlled by a hand-held terminal connected to the WEIHONG NK105 G2 CNC controller. This solution makes the machine’s operation much easier to handle and allows every function to be used. The machining centre is also equipped with among others: an EMI filter to attenuate high-frequency electromagnetic interference and a PANASONIC MDME102GCGM axis servo motor.
