Recipientes de Processo Fabricante: DIESSEL Capacidade: 195 litros Aço inoxidável, polido Vaso de agitação móvel, sem pressão, com dupla jaqueta, feito de aço inoxidável com tampa articulada, grelha de segurança acima da abertura do recipiente e saída inferior. O depósito está montado numa estrutura móvel com rodas giravelmente (duas das quais têm travões de estacionamento). O agitador centralmente disposto é acionado por uma cabeça agitadora VISCO JET certificada ATEX, que é acionada por um motor elétrico separado à prova de explosões. É controlado através de uma caixa de controlo em aço inoxidável com componentes Siemens e Eaton. O sistema é adequado para utilização na área ATEX (ver agitador/motor de marcação).
A Unidade DICAR Diesel 04 é um sistema de carbonatação para o processo profissional de produção de bebidas. Equipado com um conversor de CO₂ DI-TRACO Tipo 4 (4–20 mA = 0–10 g/l CO₂) e um controlador de PLC Siemens S7, o sistema permite a carbonatação precisa e consistente de refrigerantes, água e produtos que contenham fruta. Com ligações integradas para fornecimento de CO₂, controlo de processos e limpeza opcional CIP, a Unidade DICAR 04 assegura um funcionamento higiénico, seguro e eficiente. As suas robustas capacidades de design e automação tornam-nos uma solução fiável para as linhas modernas de produção de bebidas.
