The Karl Schnell Type 046 KS FV-SERIES Emulisifer is designed for the
fine art of fine emulsion; premincing, vacuumizing, mixing and
emulifying all in one machine. Designed for the production of small
batches, this machine of the FV-Serie complete thus the versatile KS
offer which result in a constant quality level of the final product,
creating of stable and homogeneous emulsions, flexibile applications
and high productivity. This machine is previously used in a processed
cheese plant in Europe. Hopper inside diameter 550 mm and inside
height 400 mm. Volume of the hopper: ± 30 liter. The hopper has a
direct steam injection nozzle, double jacketed and can handle vacuum.
