The FrymaKoruma MZM/VK7 is a laboratory and product development–scale toothed colloid mill, emulsifier, vacuum mixer or homogeniser designed for efficient liquid–solid phase refining, homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying liquid to highly viscous products. It is suitable for the production of creams, ointments, gels, similar formulations or food products. The unit was previously operated in a mayonnaise production facility. The machine is mounted on a stainless steel frame equipped with two wheels, allowing for easy mobility. It features a double-jacketed conical hopper with an approximate working volume of 10 litres.
