Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and
sealing of stand-up pouches (doypacks) with regular and irregular
shape, with hanging hole, without zipper. Suitable for big stand-up
bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger,
weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). One
bag is handled per machine cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and
accordingly 1 charging hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade
the machine with a second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist ,
either to handle two different materials or to split the filling
process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g.
relevant/important when processing viscous materials). Main
components: PLC, touchscreen user interface (different languages
available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature monitor. Any dosing
unit and/or other modules (such as conveyor etc.) shown on the picture
are optional modules to this position and only depicted for

marks must be present on the film. We gladly verify and confirm on
basis of sampling the compatibility of the respective composite
film.
