br/>The gluing stand type SLV - H - 120 - 6.0 - 1.2 is for gluing the
profiles in
of various shapes (window scantlings, supporting
profiles, etc.).
The largest dimensions of the glued piece are
6000 x 1200 x 120 mm.
The compression is carried out by hydraulic
cylinders with a diameter of 63 mm
and a stroke of 120
mm,
which exert a force of 50 kN per unit at a pressure of 160
bar.
There are 12 hydraulic cylinders on the gluing
stand,
which generate the total force of 600 kN. The gluing stands
with the pressure
cylinders
are adjustable in width (left and
right).
(Pressure cylinder height-adjustable from 650 to 1200 mm -
is available as an
OPTION).
The lower stops are fixed and are
in one piece.
The workpiece to be pressed is through

alignment units aligned with a hydraulic cylinder.
