The TORNOS SWISS GT 26-6 is a compact, high-speed CNC turning center
intended for precision production of small-diameter components. Its
twin-spindle arrangement allows machining to be transferred between
the main and counter spindle, reducing the number of separate
operations required for many parts.
The machine is equipped for both conventional Swiss-type work with a
motorized guide bush and applications where machining without the
guide bush is preferred.

Tooling

B-axis driven-tool speed up to 9,000 rpm
Driven-tool power approximately 0.75–1.0 kW
High-frequency B-axis spindle and thread-whirling equipment are listed
as options and should be verified against the actual machine
