Scan-Vibro VÅV Vibrating Sieve / Vibratory Screening Machine is a
robust stainless-steel vibrating screening unit is designed for
continuous separation, grading and sieving of dry bulk products in
food, dairy, pharmaceutical and other hygienic processing
applications. The machine features a fully enclosed stainless-steel
screening chamber with removable inspection covers and an adjustable
screening system. The internal screening deck is fitted with a
fine-mesh sieve, while the product flow is guided through the machine
by internal distribution plates. The unit is equipped with 2 vibration
drive motors (0,3 kW - 230/400 V - 50 Hz - 740 rpm - 3,47 A), mounted
on the side of the machine, providing controlled linear vibration. The
vibration amplitude can be mechanically adjusted; the machine is
fitted with an adjustment scale up to approximately 15 mm
stroke/amplitude. The complete screening unit is mounted on a
stainless-steel frame with spring suspension and swivel castors,
allowing easy positioning and installation. Product inlet/outlet
connections are provided on the machine, together with a top
exhaust/air connection. Stainless steel control panel is fitted to
operate and monitor the vibration motors, including start/stop
