Overview This filling monoblock was manufactured by MBF in 2001 and is
designed for the filling of hot fruit juice (up to 95°C). The
Synchrofil LV operates with an atmospheric (gravity) filling system
and includes an integrated capping unit for aluminum screw caps (MCA
standard). The machine is equipped with 35 filling valves and 4
rolling capping heads. It is adjusted for 1.0 L and 0.5 L VdF glass
bottles with a diameter of 89.5 mm. The machine runs clockwise l-r and
reaches a capacity of up to 7,000 bottles per hour. It is equipped
with automatic speed control, CIP tank for automatic cleaning, and
