The Krones VarioFlash B is a highly efficient flash pasteuriser for
thermal product treatment.
It has been specially developed for the microbiologically safe filling
of beer, mixed beer drinks, wine and spritzers
Performance range: The entire family covers 1,800 to 60,000 litres per
hour.
The small variant presented in 2019 is precisely optimised for the
output range of 18 to 45 hectolitres per hour (1,800 to 4,500 l/h).
Compact design:
The entire KZE plant of the small variant is dimensioned in such a way
that it fits into a single container.
This makes transport, installation and commissioning on site much
easier.
Gentle preservation:
Equipped with a sliding PE (Pasteurization Units) control system and
an adapted hot water circuit, the beer is heated extremely gently
("express pasteurization") in order to preserve the taste optimally.
High energy efficiency:
The system achieves heat recovery of over 90% in regular operation
