STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
Our SH Series Horizontal Ram Hydraulic Press is designed with a range
of three different powers ranging from 100 to 250 tons.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specially designed for straightening
and bending profiles, bars and beams.
The horizontal design of the machine allows us to easily handle large
beams and profiles. The horizontal hydraulic press of the latest
generation HS series has evolved into a versatility of uses, such as
the possibility of incorporating a wide variety of tools.
They work with a hydraulic pressure of less than 350 BAR to ensure
greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The horizontal hydraulic straightening presses of the SH series
consist of an electro-welded "C" structure made exclusively of S355JR
steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process
to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and
designed with finite element software. With all this, we always
guarantee our high standards of robustness, precision and quality.
They are equipped with a main thrust cylinder with anti-rotation and a
rear support table made of high-strength steel and machined with DIN
650 grooves. Support blocks made of C45E steel are fitted as standard.
They incorporate two height-adjustable accompanying rollers as
standard, one located on each side.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP:
Double-acting cylinder with lapped liner, chrome plunger and
maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
Cylinder drive by means of a hydraulic lever distributor. It is
equipped with a removable block to prevent deterioration of the
plunger.
Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SECURITY:
Electrical installation equipped with motor guard with emergency stop.
They are supplied with a glycerin pressure gauge with reading in tons
and hydraulic oil.
