Machine description, For sale is a used Drum mixer Alistar Europe
AE600 in Stainless steel version with compact mixing drum. The
rotating drum with four internal mixing paddles blends the ingredients
without crushing or grinding them. Speed and tilt are continuously
adjustable, the rotation direction is reversible. Discharge is
achieved by tipping the drum., The machine is designed for sauerkraut,
salads and fermented products and was last used in tempeh production.
It is currently mounted on stand feet. Four stainless steel steering
wheels with brake are included and can be mounted if needed (+ 240 mm
build height)., Revision 2024/2025: In March 2025 the mixer was
received at a German stainless steel specialist company a newly
manufactured mixing drum made of stainless steel 1.4301 with approx.
300 l nominal volume: jacket and cone 3 mm, bottom 4 mm, flange welded
and machined, new drum shaft made of 42CrV4. In the course of the
repair, the motor protection boxes were also renewed, the electrical
string tested with measurement protocol and approved by an electrical
master, and a test run under load performed.,
