Tetra Pak Capper 60 Cap applicator, previously used for Tetra Top 200 and 250 ml Mini cartons with a A5 38 screwcap. This cap applicator was running in combination with a Tetra Pak TT/3 2000 carton filler. The applicator has a small footprint. Number of productions hours: 5.268 h. Applying caps quickly and accurately. The Tetra Pak Capper 60 uses a feeding screw and six torque- and speed-adjustable rotary capping heads to apply caps on stationary packages. Change package heights within the same bottom format in only five minutes. Control panel with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L36ERM PLC and separate operation panel with Tetra Pak touch screen panel. The production capacity goes up to 4.500 packs per hour. Including collecting vat and elevator (Bonino, Auxiliary Feeder, code nr 56849, date 2018).
