Overview This Krones Sensometic beer filling system was manufactured
in 1998 and was previously installed in a high-capacity beverage
bottling line. The machine is designed for the isobaric filling of
beer and is equipped with 77 filling valves, enabling high-throughput
production. The filler is configured as a filling and capping block
and includes two capping units: one for screw caps and one for crown
cork closures. Both capping systems are equipped with 12 capping
heads, and the closure sorting systems are integrated on the machine.
With a designed line capacity of approximately 33,000 bottles per
hour, the machine is suitable for large-scale returnable glass
bottling operations. The system supports a wide range of bottle
formats typically used in the beer industry. Technical Data
