Fondant cooker capacity 60-80Kg/hr at ~ 88% Total Solids Manufactured
by HANSEL PROCESSING (Germany) year of production 2024, installed in
February 2025 including Thermal Oil Heater manufactured by REGLOPLAS
model 300 Thermal oil runs up to ~ 160degrees C. Thermal oil pipework
unlagged. including Slurry Preparation & Feeding tank with pump.
Manufactured by MH Fabrications. Cooker fed by ‘slurry’ –
typically a glucose/water mix (liquid at room temperature) - from ~
35l agitated vessel on skid with pump, pressure transmitter, magflow
meter and filter unit. Ethernet link between main control panel /
Regloplas unit and the magflow meter Unit never used 400 volt, 50hz -
available from January 2026
